Hi everyone!

I originally opened this website because many people had asked me if I could coach them or make them a program. I post a ton of videos online about armwrestling and things I have learned. I am a local armwrestle in Northern California, and I am on and off the super heavy weight rankings in the top 10.

For 2026, I shut down my social media and only kept my YouTube. I lost about 45,000 followers by doing that, and I apologize. I am still training, but i am prioritizing my Faith and Family, now. I still post sometimes on YouTube, but my focus has shifted.

I still have training programs for sale, and they do work. It's nothing I invented! They are recovery focused and periodization focused. The price has been lowered to just a few dollars.

I am currently using the conjugate method, and no longer periodizE my training. I found that I personally need a structured training program throughout the whole year, and not a competition prep style program. They both work, though! I don’t currently have a conjugate training program available. Maybe in the future!
